The Rainbow mile
The Rainbow mile is a conceptualised line up of entertainment along a parades route. Along this mile we have constructed 3 outstanding stages, utilising local Wellington talent, to keep the excitement of the Wellington International Pride Parade unique and naturally dramatic.
Local businesses along the Rainbow mile will be offering sumptuous deletions to all their guests who choose to watch the Parade from their venue for special offers from these participants stay tuned.
Our three stages
Stage one is situated on Tennyson Street and will be hosted by the incomparable Polly Filla. On Courtenay Place you will find another stage where Wellington drag delight, Marcella de Tella will be entertaining you at the heart of the parade – she is also WIPP's tribal street reporter. Our third stage will be announced later in the year, however we are able to let you know it will be housed by the delicious Ribena.

Miss Ribena will be adding some energise zing by warming up the crowds on Courtenay Place. She will start at 6.40pm going up and down the Rainbow mile creating a stir.
